Terms and Conditions

  1. All prices are exclusive of fuel and accident repairs.
  2. Images are for representative purpose only.
  3. Actual colour of the vehicle may vary.
  4. Please take pictures of the vehicle from different angles to mark any damages already existing on the vehicle.
  5. Please take a picture of the odometer to calculate the distance used.
  6. Vehicle can be used only by a person holding a valid Indian Driving License or valid International License.
  7. Vehicle should be used only by the person who rented the vehicle.
  8. Vehicles should be used only for personal use. Use of vehicles for off-roading, rally, motorsports, photoshoot, creation of reels or any type of commercial purpose is prohibited.
  9. Vehicles should be used at most care. Overloading is prohibited. Vehicle should be returned in the same condition in which it was rented.
  10. Any repairs to the vehicle should be done only with the consent of TSOD Experiences Pvt Ltd.
  11. All traffic rules should be followed. Person renting the vehicle will be responsible for any traffic violations.
  12. Vehicle should be returned on time at the location as per the booking. Delay in returning the vehicle will attract extra rent. Drop off charges will be charged if the vehicle is not returned in the promised location.
  13. Additional charges will be charged for additional kilometers used beyond the free kilometers.
  14. Any damages to the vehicle are payable by the user irrespective of insurance coverage.
  15. TSOD experiences Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any damages or injury or death caused during the usage of the vehicle. TSOD Experiences Pvt Ltd is not responsible for damages or injuries caused due to any mechanical failure of the vehicle.
  16. Rs500 per helmet will be charged if the helmet is damaged or not returned with the vehicle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. There will be no refund on cancellation of bookings.
  2. The refundable deposit will be returned once the vehicle is inspected by an authorized representative of TSOD Experiences Pvt Ltd, after deducting charges for excess usage or damages, if any.
